How 4Hotel helps
4Hotel replaces Excel in daily operations: bookings with double-booking protection, rate plans and pricing rules, reception with the tourist register, the guest folio, housekeeping, the restaurant and occupancy, ADR and RevPAR reports. An automatic connection to the OTAs is not available yet: availability and rates are updated manually in the extranet, and bookings from there are entered in 4Hotel. Invoicing is done in 4invoices.net, the ecosystem's invoicing product.
