4Hotel is the all-in-one hotel management platform for hotels, guesthouses, B&Bs and tourist apartments: a booking calendar by room type, front desk with guest profiles and registration details, the guest folio, sales-channel tracking (Booking.com, Airbnb, Expedia, direct) with commission and per-channel reports, housekeeping, restaurant and pricing rules — all in one subscription, part of the 4b2b ecosystem. It replaces spreadsheets with a single flow: an availability check on every booking entered and clear visibility on occupancy, ADR and RevPAR. An alternative to Cloudbeds, Little Hotelier or Opera. An automatic (API) connection to OTAs is not available yet.
For every booking entered in 4Hotel, the system checks stock for the room type over the chosen dates and refuses overbooking. You track sales channels (Booking.com, Airbnb, Expedia, direct) with their commission; availability in the OTA extranet is updated manually.
Check-in and check-out from the panel, with the guest profile (ID document, nationality, address, company for invoicing) and the guest folio, which closes at check-out.
Occupancy, room nights, ADR, RevPAR and revenue by channel and room type for the period you choose. Pricing rules by occupancy, days to arrival, day of week and season, applied automatically when the price is calculated.
4Hotel is built by a team of developers and process specialists for hotels, guesthouses and tourist apartments, from properties with a few rooms to businesses with several properties (managing several properties is available on the Premium plan).
We build on modern web standards: the platform is accessed over HTTPS, from your own account.
4Hotel is part of the 4b2b ecosystem. In the same 4b2b account you can also use its sister products: invoicing and e-invoicing in 4invoices.net, accounting in 4conta.ro, SMS and WhatsApp in 4notify.net and CRM in 4softcrm.net. They are separate products; data is not synchronised automatically between them.
