Statuses and source of each booking
Every booking has a status (inquiry, confirmed, checked in, checked out, cancelled, no-show) and a source: direct, Booking.com, Airbnb, Expedia or another channel.
Double-booking protection
When a booking is created, 4Hotel checks room-type inventory for the whole stay and refuses it if no rooms are left. The protection covers bookings entered in 4Hotel.
Rate plans and cancellation policies
Define price, meal plan, minimum and maximum stay, refundable or non-refundable rates, free cancellation up to N days before arrival and a cancellation penalty in percent.
You enter the booking in 4Hotel with its source. The system checks room-type availability and calculates the price quote from the rate plan and pricing rules. The booking appears in the calendar and its status changes at check-in and check-out.
